Working Principle
The European type jaw crusher is mainly composed of a crusher body, eccentric shaft rotating part, crushing chamber, safety device, discharge opening adjustment device, etc. The crushing method of the European Tech. jaw crusher is a flexural extrusion type. The motor drives the belt and pulley, and the mobile jaw swings forward and backward and up and down through the eccentric shaft. When the mobile jaw pushes the mobile jaw plate to move toward the stationary jaw plate, the material is crushed. When the mobile jaw and the mobile jaw plate retreat under the action of the eccentric shaft and the spring, the previously crushed material is discharged from the lower discharge opening of the jaw plate. As the motor rotates continuously, the mobile jaw of the crusher periodically crushes and discharges the material, realizing mass production.
